JOB DETAILS :

COMPANY PROFILE: Almost 100 years leading the best household products around the globe. One of the leading multinational companies in the Philippines manufactures medical devices, pharmaceuticals and healthcare products in the world.

Position: Korean HR Helpdesk Support
Industry: Shared Services - Multinational Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - P hp 90,000 Monthly (High Basic salary)
Location: Parañaque City
Schedule: Monday - Friday ( 5 days a week only with weekends off)
Work Setup: Work from home and work onsite (3 days work onsite and 2 days work at home)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Filipino National who can speak Korean language
✨Can speak, read and write Korean (conversational to fluent)
✨Bachelor degree of any course
✨With experience in Customer Service is a plus but not required
✨With TOPIK or Non TOPIK (Topik certificate not required)
✨Open for fresh graduate that is willing to undergo training
✨Willing to work as HR helpdesk
✨Can start to work as soon as possible
✨Willing undergo training if no experience
✨Training is paid by the company

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Assist Korean employees who will be sending email, chat or phone calls
✨Answer emails about concerns on leaves and absences
✨Answer emails about salary dispute or benefits inquiries of Korean employees
✨Assist Korean employees about benefits such as number of leaves, HMO and more
✨Help Korean employees to update employee records like married, or new address
✨Provide employees from Korean counterpart their employee performance records
✨Answer inbound call via phone, fax, web-form or chat
✨Respond to the request of the customer in a timely manner
