Requirements for the job:
✅Korean National can speak English language
✅No experience are welcome to apply
✅Open to High School or undergraduate
✅With Customer Service experience is a plus
✅Must be willing to work or relocate to Bataan

Duties and Responsibilities:
✅Handle incoming chats and phone calls
✅Provide assistance to customer inquiries to meet satisfaction
✅Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
✅Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
✅Build a good relationship to the customers
