Position: Japanese Service Desk

Location: Metro Manila

Requirements:
⭕Open to Japanese National
⭕Open to JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level (Certification is not required)
⭕With CSR/ TSR/ Service Desk Background
⭕College Graduate or non-Bachelor Degree is welcome to apply
⭕Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
⭕Provide customer service through calls, email, chat in English and Japanese.
⭕Communicate and provide updates to the team/s
⭕Manage the escalation of all accounts.
⭕Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
⭕Collaborating with internal departments
⭕Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
