Position: Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Associate
Industry: Finance/Remittance Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - 90,000 (Negotiable)
Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Shifting (Dayshift, Midshift, Nightshift)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Requirements
✅JLPT N1 - N3 Passer/Level
✅With 6 months to 1 year in Customer Service background is preferred but not required
✅Able to Write and Understand Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji
✅Graduate of any 4-year course in College or in University or its equivalent
Responsibilities:
✅ Answers queries from the Customer Service queue to ensure continuous learning of the
Company’s processes.
✅ Receives incoming calls, emails, and chat from customers in a professional, timely and
appropriate manner.
✅ Provides accurate resolution to all customers’ needs that is within predefined guidelines.
✅ Answers transferred calls from the CS team regarding transactions that are currently on review or resulted to dissatisfaction due to the review process.
