Position: Fukien Financial Controller

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (9 AM - 6 PM)
Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 180,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️ Filipino-Chinese proficient in Fukien and English.
☑️ Bachelor’s Degree in any Finance and Accounting field.
☑️ Must be a Certified Public Accountant; non-CPAs are welcome to apply but must be very competent.
☑️ At least 2-7 years of related experience is a must.
☑️ Well-versed in computer tools and applications, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️ Develop and maintain an effective system of forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting of the company’s short-term and long-term requirements.
☑️ Record all financial transactions following accounting principles and ensure compliance with governmental rules and regulations.
☑️ Manage cash flow and ensure that cash is available to support the short-term and long-term requirements.
☑️ Close accounting books on time, and submit accurate financial reports for management decisions.
☑️ Develop and implement a system of controls that will safeguard assets, promote efficiency and effectiveness of operations, and prevent fraud, and compliance policy.
☑️ Record cost information, analyze variances, and prepare inventory reconciliation.
☑️ Comply with tax and other regulatory requirements. (BIR, SEC, DOLE, BOI, POEA, etc)
