Company Profile: The Asia’s grandest and luxurious Hotel Resort and Casino is currently hiring for a Japanese Speaking Executive Assistant to the President of the largest Hotel and Casino in the Philippines. This company has 5000 employees which includes multilinguals of all languages to serve VIP and foreign clients.
Position: Japanese Executive Assistant
Industry: Hotel, Resort and Casino
Schedule: Dayshift
Location: Parañaque City
Salary: P80,000 – P 100,000
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
🟢Filipino fluent in both English and Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing)
🟢JLPT N1-N2 Passer / level (JLPT not a requirement)
🟢Degree holders of any courses
🟢Experience as Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
🟢Meeting arrangement
🟢Recording of meetings
🟢Travel reservation and events scheduling
🟢Serves as POC between Executive and other internal and external communications
🟢Research and documentation
🟢Translation from English to Japanese and vice versa
🟢Personal errands as required
