Position: German Speaking Associate

Requirements:
❍ Open for Filipino national Fluent in German and English
❍ Must have B2 level certificate in German
❍ Bachelor Degree holder
❍ Customer Service experience is an advantage
❍ Knowledge in foreign exchange is a plus

Responsibilities:
❍ Answer all emails from customers with regards to console and billing issues
❍ Review payment terms, etc. for each order to ensure accuracy prior to billing customers
❍ Support other finance operations by providing and receiving information from customers regarding billing, collections, and cash application
❍ Maintain accurate customer and billing records
