Company Profile: This is a multi-awarded destination management company in the Philippines. This Travel Agency attracts clients from America, Europe, Russia, Australia, China & Middle East to visit the most popular tourist destination in the Philippines.
Position: Spanish Customer Service Associate
Industry: Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6:42pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Requirements:
🟣 Fluent in Spanish and English.
🟣 Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
🟣 Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
🟣 Excellent oral and written communication skills.
🟣 Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
🟣 At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality.
Responsibilities:
🟣 Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints using Spanish or English
🟣 Respond professionally to inbound or outbound phone calls, including urgent situations
🟣 Make arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals, tours, and recreation
🟣 Provide information on customs regulations, required papers (passports, visas, and certificates of vaccination), and currency exchange rates to international travelers
🟣 Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources
