Requirements for the job:
🍀Korean National can speak English language
🍀No experience are welcome to apply
🍀Open to High School or undergraduate
🍀With Customer Service experience is a plus
🍀Must be willing to work or relocate to Bataan

Duties and Responsibilities:
🍀Handle incoming chats and phone calls
🍀Provide assistance to customer inquiries to meet satisfaction
🍀Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
🍀Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
🍀Build a good relationship to the customers
