Company Profile: This is the world largest Multimedia Company which was established in Canada. They gather financial, legal, accounting and other documents.

Position: French Customer Support Representative
Industry: Media Industry
Salary: Negotiable
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Night Shift (Central Time) | Weekends off
Work Set up: Hybrid : 2x a week in the office and 3x at home

• Open for Native or Non-Native French Speakers
• Proficient in both French and English Language
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder of Any course
• At Least 1-2 years experience in Customer Service is an highly advantage
• Good communications skills is a plus
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup ( 2 days working on-site and 3 days working at home )
• Willing to work on a night shift

• Respond to customers' inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Inquiries will vary but typically include address changes, account changes/updates, order status, product feedback, password assistance, billing inquiry, etc.
• Collect and forward feedback to design and development to facilitate continuous product improvement
• Ability to flexible working hours to accommodate busy periods and react with increased productivity
• Ensure, where appropriate, information gained from handling supports queries is promoted to the knowledge base and communicated to interested parties.
