Position: Mandarin Buyer Analyst
Location: One Griffinstone, Alabang
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends Off
Industry: Electronics Company
Salary: P 50,000 max
Work Setup: Work on-site

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business course.
• With at least 2 years work experience in Buying, Purchasing and or Planning.
• Knowledge of Purchasing systems and processes is a plus – preferably with Oracle procurement background.
• Capable to take on a liaison role between the Site users/Corporate office, POC, and Site Procurement teams.
• With effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Background on problem-solving, keen on details and analytical.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Responsible for Purchase Order (PO) creation, including set-up and release of Blanket Purchase Agreements.
• Review open Requisitions in Oracle, raised and requested by the Site Users under a specific commodity or group of commodities.
• Manage PR queue and create/release the POs in the agreed cycle time within business hours, in accordance with the requirements or specifications.
• Liaise with Site Buyers/Site Requester or Users for any questions, clarifications arising from the PR request.
• Responsible for ensuring supply continuity, confirming pricing and supplier commitments, updates of delivery dates, performing Order Acknowledgement and Delivery Follow-up, and making sure that the PO details in the system are updated.
