• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field
• BPO experience
• 1-2 years’ experience in the Quality Assurance division
• Has background in Inbound, Outbound, and Non-Voice Services
• Amenable to work in Pasig City
• Can start as soon as possible
• Performs quality monitoring and provides trend data / reporting as required by internal / external Clients
• Participates in listening sessions to identify Clients’ needs and expectations.
• Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
• Participates/Lead call calibration sessions – internal and external Clients
• Provides feedback to Team Leaders, Supervisor, and Managers
• Prepares and analyse weekly internal and external quality reports for review
• Provides mentoring, coaching and feedback to associates on quality of service to ensure proper procedures, customer satisfaction, and compliance expectations are being followed and met.
• Function as an information source critical quality issues arise.
• Document processes vital to quality assurance
