Company Profile: An international contact center provider that offer services to electronics and technology sector.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• US and PH license
• 2-3 years solid post education clinical
• 1 year hospital experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily performance tracking.
• Derives data from client system and looks at current inventory levels.
• Reviews quality data (client audits and desk level audits) and analyzes root causes
• Ensures that goal-setting is accomplished.
• Compliance with the annual review process and completion of the annual review process.
• Meets or exceeds all performance metrics
