Position: German Accounts Payable Team Leader
Industry: Advertising/Marketing Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Requirements:
• Open for Native German speakers with Resident Visa
• Proficient in both German and English language
• Graduate of business or acctg or finance or equivalent course
• Preferable with knowledge of SAP HANA
• Experience in Account Payable and as a Team Lead
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
• Strategically managing the organizations accounts payable process functions
• Ensure that team is issuing timely and accurate payment to the vendors as per defined SLA/TAT
• Ensuring and reviewing timely payments in SAP, SOA Vendor reconciliation, Vendor Account Clearing & Management, Intercompany invoice payments & reconciliation by the team.
• Checking and ensuring that accounts (general ledger / sub ledger) are always evaluable and transparent.
• Drive daily team calls and assigned the day to day tasks to the team members
• Handle payment related queries from Vendors/Stakeholders
• Ensuring timely processing of reminders from domestic / foreign business partners
• Know how to handle and manage the conference calls with international stakeholders
