Requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch and English language
• Must be willing to work in the online gaming field
• Willing to work on mid-shift but also open for shifting schedule

• Managing service inquiries via email and chat
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
