• Customer Service and Technical Support experience is an advantage
• Proficient in both French and English
• Technical knowledge is a plus
• Responsible in answering technical related concerns
• Troubleshoot clients concerns regarding the medical equipment
• Assure quality of customer service compliance.
• Handling and providing solutions to technical issues for hardware/software problem of computer, mobile, tablet and router.
• Discuss instruction to members for product, system and processes knowledge.
