Requirements:
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing German
• Open for High school or undergraduate
• Open for both Filipino who can speak German
• Customer Service experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent Customer service experience to every client
• Give customers information about products and services
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• May perform other job duties assigned
