Company Profile: A chemical manufacturing company based in Germany that provides quality products for different uses such as hair products, soaps, detergents, etc.

Position: Spanish Senior Social Media Specialist
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 100,000 gross
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 3:00 PM - 12:00 MN (Weekends Off)
Work Set-up: Hybrid Setup (8 days work onsite per month)

Requirements:
• Filipino with at least B2 level in Spanish language
• Open for native Spanish speakers with a permanent visa
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or any related courses
• Experience in online community engagement and managing social media platforms interactions is an advantage
• Knowledgeable or with experience in using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
• Familiar with using publishing tools like Sprinklr

Responsibilities:
• Build a relationship with prospective and active customers on social media sites
• Follow, react, and comment on tagged posts, especially coming from the brand influencers to further brand the products
• React and comment on the customers' posts
• Answering inquiries received on any social media platforms
• Collect feedback from the customers and create a report for product development
• Perform other related tasks requested by the supervisor
