JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: This is a multi-awarded destination management company in the Philippines. This Travel Agency attracts clients from America, Europe, Russia, Australia, China & Middle East to visit the most popular tourist destination in the Philippines.

Position: German Customer Support Specialist
Industry: Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6:42pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
Work Setup: Work Onsite

Requirements:
• Fluent in German and English.
• Filipino national fluent in German at least B2 level
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
• At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality.

Responsibilities:
• Booking airline tickets, cruises, rental cars, hotels, and other accommodations
• Assisting with trip planning by creating a list of potential destinations based on clients’ preferences and budget
• Arranging for transportation to and from the airport for clients when they arrive or depart at their destination
• Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
• Handling of emergency calls (24 hrs emergency phone)
