• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Hindi Language
• Open for Filipino who is fluent in Hindi
• Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder in Nursing, Medical Technology or any related
• Medical knowledge or experience would be a big advantage
• Filing of all medical events and reportable malfunctions within the required timeframe.
• Responsible in complaint investigation and reporting
• Manages communication and follow-up of critical complaints.
• Ensure all inquiries and complaints are auctioned as per procedures
• HR Interview

• Technical Interpretation Exam (2 hours)
• Final Interview
