JOB DETAILS:

Requirements:
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesian and English
• Open for Filipino who is proficient in Bahasa Indonesian
• Very good English communication skills
• Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
• Preferably with diploma in Biomedical Equipment Services, Medical Transcription, Healthcare Services, Nursing, Medical Engineering discipline
• Willing to work in a Project based job

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and business partners of the company
• Handle first line of technical support to end users for medical product/devices distributed by the company
• Provide guidance on how to properly use the medical device and address user challenges
• Attend to inquiries and complaints and troubleshoot reported technical issues
• Ensure that medical devices undergo diagnostics and met the required standards
