• Open for Foreign National who is fluent in Bahasa Indonesian
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesian
• Background in BPO or customer support environment is a plus
• Preferably residing in Cebu City
• Willing to work in Cebu City
• Manage incoming calls from Indonesian clients
• Handle customer complaints and set proper expectations to customers
• Following client processes and procedures like processing information, orders, requests, or comments
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Establishes and develops relationships with client personnel, client partners and co-workers
• Resume Screening
• Phone/Skype or Face to Face Initial HR Interview
• Final interview with Ops Team
• Client Validation will consist of 3 types of test ( written, role play & interview )
