Requirements:
• Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Bahasa Indonesian
• Technical Support, Helpdesk and Service experience is a plus
• Finished at least 2 years in College
• Willing to work in Quezon City
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support the internal clients for the technical related concern
• Responsible in translating the issues, request and concern using technical tools
• Assist inquiries such as troubleshooting through call or email
• Investigate and resolve problems in the company’s systems and services
• Participate in managing the development of internal support services.
• Receive and process requests/issues
