Requirements:
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
• English communication skills (both in written and spoken)
• Completed at least 2 yrs in college
• Preferably with minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Customer Service experience is a big advantage

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to handle customer concerns regarding hotel/condo accommodation through phone calls, chat, and email
• Resolve and escalate issues appropriately
• Research information and give solutions to the customers using available resources
• Responsible in monitoring and controlling the various tasks given
