• JLPT N1 -N2 Passer or Level
• Conversational in English
• Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
• Proficient in using Microsoft office (Word, PPT, Exel)
• Preferably with at least 5 years audit/risk process/ other related experience
• With people management experience

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and check the risk management strategies, plans and activities of the firm
• Responsible to organize, manage and lead the project team
• Identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate on a timely basis.
• Plans training for the team
• Ensures good team communication and team performance
