JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: World’s top and leading BPO company providing innovative outsourcing services and offering vast range of opportunities around the globe.

Requirements:
• Korean national here in the Philippines or Abroad
• Bachelor's Degree graduate of Information Technology, Information System or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Tech Support, Support Engineering and Developer support role
• With experience in Javascript, JSON and Node.js

Responsibilities:
• Writing technical support emails
• Coordinating with the developer for the application of smart devices
• Escalating developer queries to the next level of support.

Recruitment Process:
• HR Interview
• Language Assessment (written assessment and interview)
• Final Interview
