A contact center providing multilingual customer service to clients located in China and USA. This BPO has been serving several clients including THE ICONIC BRAND for streetwear. The company is supporting the fans and customer of this leading luxury streetwear brand. Known to be expensive and luxurious many of its buyers are coming from different countries.

Job Duties:
• Assist in customer’s cancellation of luxury brand order
• Answer questions about payment modes on online shopping
• Explain return policy of damaged items
• Discuss how to know if the item has been shipped
• Explain how to use discount and promo code
• Explain how to get free shipping
• Explain the availability of size and colors

Qualification:
• Can speak, read and write Korean
• Can speak English very well
• Has customer service background (2 year relevant)
• Has online shopping experience (has ordered online already)
• Preferably with BPO background but not required
• Can start on NOV 18 2020
• Graduate and undergraduate of any course
