JOB DETAILS:
COMPANY PROFILE: This is an American conglomerate company and has been in the industry for almost 120 years. The company manufactures different types of products for home, personal care, craft, decoration and others
REQUIREMENTS:
• Open for Korean National with permanent visa
• Open for Filipino proficient in English and Korean
• Must be Bachelor degree in IT or any related courses
• Technical knowledge in office 365, one drive and active directory is an advantage
• Technical support and customer service service is a must
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answering inbound calls, email and chats for technical issues and concerns
• Acquire and Maintaining knowledge of all related IT services, application offers, current policies to provide accurate solution to users
• Update database from time to time
• Make sure that the database are updated
• Identifies problems and opportunity for the improvement of IT services
