Position: Korean Client Specialist

Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 monthly
Schedule: Shifting

Requirements
• Korean national fluent in English
• Bachelor’s Degree and high school graduate are welcome to apply
• CSR experience is a plus but not required
• Willing to work in Makati City
• Willing to work in Online gaming company

Responsibilities:
• Assist client through chat, email and support
• Handling customer queries and concerns
• Maintaining and updating customer records
• Build a sustainable relationship with the customers
