Requirements:
• Open for Filipino who is fluent in Portuguese language
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Portuguese
• Excellent communication English skills
• Customer Service and Technical Support experience is an advantage
• BPO experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in taking phone call from Portuguese in-store representative
• Gather information for reported technical issues and concern
• Deescalate 60% of excess tickets
• Follow step by step troubleshooting process to resolve issues
• Record information for further investigation of level 2 IT Support
• Manage hardware and software tickets
