• Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish language
• Completed at least 2 years in college or SHS graduate
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Preferably with work experience as Bilingual Spanish
• With Customer Service & Technical Support experience
• Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues
• Provide customer assistance by troubleshooting technical inquiries
• Assist and guide customers for any technical processes
• Answer questions through call, email and chat
• Follow the company’s standard processes and procedures
• Resume Screening
