Requirements:
• Preferably Native Spanish Speaker
• Bachelor's Degree of Any Course
• Customer Service background is an advantage
• Proficient in both Spanish and English language
• Experience in processing orders is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Handle quality of customer service
• Responsible in processing customer’s order
• Maintain in updating stakeholders data
• Answer inquiries and concerns of the product
• Responsible in providing excellent instructions to the customers
