Requirements:
• Open for Filipino who can is fluent in Spanish Language
• Proficient in both Spanish and English
• Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder of any program/course
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• Translation experience is a big advantage

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in monitoring the social media files
• Handle content review of social media information
• Verify and ensure that video and photo’s doesn’t violate the policies and procedure of the platform
• Coordinate with Spanish speaking client and attend to inquiries
