Requirements:
• Preferably Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Has work experience in a BPO setting is a plus
• Can speak, read and write and conversational to business level
• Willing to work in Taguig

Duties:
• Responsible for creating documented data from Chinese pre-recorded audio or video (Chinese)
• Reviewing English documents from the transcribed data and ensuring accuracy
• Describe recordings accurately and translate any specific jargon into long-form specifically related to the account being handled
• Makes corrections on transcribed documents and communicates with off-site staff to ensure proper changes are made to documents.
