Requirements:
• 5 years experience in the industry
• Highly proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Marketing Management, Promotions, Advertising or any related field)
•Background/Knowledge in Advetising, Promotions, Public Relations.

Duties:
•Initiates, manages and follows up the recruitment of new customers through different
affiliates channel
•Identify suitable affiliates and partners through different strategic marketing
•Monthly briefing with CS team
•Research and report on key industry trends and competitors specifically on the affiliate
sector
•Monitors competitor's activity and provide strategic solutions on how to beat them
•Trains and evaluates the performance of the employees within his/her cluster
