Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
• Must have at least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing, Operations and Account Management
• Must have skills and knowledge on key social media platforms, i. e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube
• Preferably must have basic knowledge in digital technologies, i. e. website development, AI/chatbot, Mobile APP, SEO / SEM, Messaging APP and its API, 020 Online to Offline, etc.
• Preferably with strong digital marketing background preferably over seven (7) years of experience in BPO industry

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible to identifies client business objectives and requirements by analyzing ongoing social media utilization
• In charge to drives introduction of social media communication solution for prospective local clients
• In charge to drives the localization of the company’s global/regional social media activities / services
• Important to do the researches and develops a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities
• In charge to engages in market research and analysis for social media usage in order to identify new opportunities for business
