• Can must be a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• At least knowledgeable in programming language such as; Linux, SQL
• Minimum of 6 months relevant experience in Technical Support
• Candidate must be knowledgeable in Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues and questions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• As a Technical Support Engineer you will diagnose and troubleshoot software problems,and help our customers install, configure, use and maintain our own suite of DevOps,software products.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues and questions.
• Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving complex issues, configuring software within a range of,Windows, Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Can provides first class support to our users via email, web and phone.
