Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
• Experience in the same field
• Certified as a Lean / Six Sigma black with practical experience in large scale Lean Management along with practical experience in coaching, facilitation, Lean deployments and Lean projects
• Experience in Process optimization
• Ability and willingness to take direction at short notice
• Ability to assimilate complex / unstructured details and formulate recommendations simply and effectively with different audience
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
• Governs the process from ideation through to implementation and control ensuring project progress is appropriately managed with benefits realized and signed off by the business
• Works in collaboration with Project Management and Governance Ensures a close partnership with Performance • • • Excellence capabilities around data exchange and KPI measurements
Engages cross functionally with Technology on information exchange, requirement planning
• Manages major projects across customer operations in a way that adds rigor and transparency
• Recognizes and rewards best in class examples of driving the continuous improvement culture from our peers within Customer Operations COE’s Leverages six sigma/lean capability
• Generate ideas from multiple sources and mobilizes around these ideas to quantify their value, implement the improvements that add the most value to the business through both technology and process re-engineering
• Owns the operationalization of new features/ functions to ensure new client facing solutions scale & deliver first time right every time
• Acts as a champion across Customer Operations to drive continuous improvement.
