Client Details: The number 1 BPO Company in the Philippines located in Manila and Cebu City. This contact center is known to provide customer service to companies around the world. It’s a multinational Irish company founded year 2009 and has office in different countries.


Requirements:
• Native Portuguese Speaker
• Can speak, read and write Portuguese
• With Excellent English proficiency skills
• Preferably Bachelor degree in Economics or similar field
• Previous experience of working in SAP and related Order to Cash modules is considered an advantage
• Previous experience in Credit & Collections or other Order to Cash sub process is preferred

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in coordinating with Portuguese speaking clients
• Manage and process invoices and billings
• Translate technical documents from Portuguese to English and English to Portuguese
• Handle business transactions of the client
