Requirements:
• Proficient in both Spanish and English language
• At least 2nd year college level
• Customer Service experience is highly advantage
• Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in providing quality of customer service
• Assisting clients with product issues via phone, email and chat
• Ensure quality customer service is delivered at all times
• Escalate unresolved issues as necessary
• Record the customer transactions
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
