JOB DETAILS:
Client Details: The number 1 BPO Company in the Philippines located in Manila and Cebu City. This contact center is known to provide customer service to companies around the world. It’s a multinational Irish company founded in 2009 and has offices in different countries.

Requirements:
• Open for both Local and Foreign National
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
• Fluent in both Russian and English
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Technical Support
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City

Responsibilities:
• Provides first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.
• Translations of some documents from English to Russian and Vice versa
• Escalate concerns to the next level
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform other related tasks
