• Open to foreign and local Vietnamese speakers
• Proficient in both Vietnamese and English
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply as long as they graduate in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related courses.
• Preferably candidates residing in the Philippines
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
• Can start as soon as possible
• Provide professional and efficient customer support via phone, email and or chat.
• Handles customer's inquiries and concerns on the product and services, technical issues and related issue
• Report problems related to customers, operations, telephone system, and/or system hardware/software to appropriate resources.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisor
