• Preferably Filipino that is fluent in French
• Foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
• Proficient in both French and English
• Open for high school and college Level
• Customer Service experience is an advantage
• Must be willing to work onsite and work on a Shifting schedule
• Responsible in answering and resolving queries over the phone related to peripheral machines (printer)
• Set proper expectations to customers
• Following client processes and procedures processing information, orders, requests, or comments
• Sells and/or services client products
• Demonstrates excellent communication and computer skills.
• Establishes and develops relationships with client personnel, client partners and co-workers.
