• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• 1 year experience as a Team Manager in a BPO set up
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong coaching skills & people management skills
• NPS experience preferred
• Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay
• Identify and reinforce positive behaviors
• Encourage and develop to the teamwork and others
• Responsible delivery of customer
• Provide supervision to both direct and indirect reports
• Complete the Customer Services Team Leader
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
• Communicate and corporate the business expectations to all team members.
• Demonstrate company core values and culture.
