Requirements

• Communications skills in Japanese and English languages
• Open until JLPT N3 Passer or level
• Japanese National can speak English
• Bachelor's Degree graduate of any related business courses
• With related experience for forecasting and budgeting
• Experience in Finance and Accounting
• Work experience in the BPO industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide value-added financial management, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams to maximize the profitability.
• Collaborate with client and engagement team to communicate the position and status of contract or account financial position
• Responsible to double check for invoicing and collection, consistent with contractual requirements
• Track and timely report all the expenses and transactions.
Manage the whole department in budgeting and Forecasting.
