Position: Mandarin Master Data Management (Hybrid Set-Up)

Work Schedule: Dayshift with 2 days off
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid set-up

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️ Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
☑️ Bachelor's degree in information systems, Logistics, business, communications, or Life Sciences.
☑️ At least 2-3 years of experience in Master Data Management.
☑️ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel – formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
☑️ Working knowledge of SAP & Salesforce

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
☑️ Providing support to a Global manufacturer from SEA.
☑️ Analyze email requests and templates
☑️ Identify and communicate with responsible parties the necessary information
☑️ Participate in process documentation and knowledge exchange according to set standards.
☑️ Quality checks supporting documents.
☑️ Translating necessary documents from Mandarin to English if needed.
☑️ Work closely on maintaining information or records in the database.
☑️ Provide translation assistance to the Team if needed.
