Responsibilities:
Market the services of junket to existing and prospective guest.
✅Cater for the needs of the guests while they are within the junket.
✅ Assist guest to arrange hotel room booking and restaurant reservation.
✅ Ensure guest are satisfied with the services provided.
✅ Listen to complaints and concerns of guests and get them resolved without delay.

Requirements
✅ 21+ years old and above
✅Mandarin & Korean speaker at least upper-intermediate level, especially oral speaking and listening.
✅Willing to take shift work 11-19, 14-22,19-03
✅ Good communication skill
✅ Basic office microsoft skill
