Position: Mandarin Deputy Finance Officer
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 110,000

REQUIREMENTS:
✅ A degree in Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering is preferred
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience handling a team dedicated to Business Analytics with experience in handling an Accounting Department.
✅ Knowledge of Advance Accounting, Business Analytics, & Project Management
✅ ERP Experience - The use of Netsuite is a plus
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English

DUTIES:
✅ Manage the Cage and Offshore Accounting Departments
✅ Oversee the company transactions processing systems
✅ Implement operational best practice
✅ Ensure adequate controls are installed
✅ Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impacts.
✅ Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
✅ Oversee the issuance of Financial Information
✅ Oversees the consolidation of the Financial Statements across all companies under the Holding Company.
✅ Assist in formulating the company's future directions and supporting tactical initiatives.
✅ Train the finance unit on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management.
✅ Oversee Billing Issuance
✅ Oversee Income of client contacts
✅ Manage client's billing concerns and discrepancies
✅ Manage collections of receivables
✅ Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
✅ Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
