Position: Spanish Customer Support Analyst
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Must be fluent in Spanish and English language
➤Foreign nationals who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤Open for Senior High School, College graduate, and Undergraduate (Completed at least 2 years in College)
➤With or without call centre experience
➤Knowledge of Microsoft server, workstation, and network technologies is a plus
➤Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Responsible for answering inquiries to the customer via email, chat, and calls in Spanish or English
➤Taking calls from patients who want to make, change, or cancel an appointment with the hospital.
➤Make outgoing calls to patients, medical facilities, or physician offices to get clarification on referrals and protocols.
➤Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.
➤Granting pre-authorizations for medical treatment, if covered.
➤Perform other related tasks if needed.
