Job Responsibilities:
✨Facilitate change management initiatives to assist leaders in effectively implementing organizational change.
✨Regularly producing reports and presentations on HR-related data, projects, and outcomes for higher management.
✨In charge of providing expertise in areas such as talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, and employee retention.
✨Locating leadership and HR intervention opportunities that promote employee retention, engagement, and organizational efficacy.
✨Assist hiring managers in identifying the talent they need and collaborate with recruiting leads to develop recruitment tactics that will attract, retain, and develop top talent.
